Family Vacation in South Carolina

Whenever we get the opportunity to go on a vacation, we take full advantage. Spending quality time with family and making memories while you can is so important. Wander set us up in the most AMAZING beach house in Surfside, South Carolina, about a 20-minute drive from Myrtle Beach!! After spending a week there, we didn’t want to leave quite yet so we decided to rent an house in Isle of Palms and stay one more week!!

What we did!!

We spent so many days hanging out on the beach. The water there is definitely warmer than the water on the West Coast. The kids played in the water, did boogie boarding, and did all the fun water activities. We also went fishing, and you know, Boss Man had the time of his life. It was so cool to see!! The tour company was called Barrier Island Eco Tours, and I highly recommend them. They were so great, and we had so much fun doing that.

Where we stayed!!

You know that feeling when you’ve been on vacation for so long and are ready to be home finally? Well….. we didn’t get that feeling; we could have spent the entire summer there!! I wish we could vacation there every summer. It was giving ‘the summer I turned pretty// Outer Banks vibes for sure!! The house was big enough for the entire family. It was 3 stories, had an elevator, 8 bedrooms, 11 beds, 10 bathrooms, had a pool, and was literally STEPS away from the sand!!
